Where does time go?
Is it Leap Year? This month has 29 days. I can't believe it is already February 27th. Where does time go?
I have been in Gilbert almost 3 months now. Wow!!! I have everything I own moved in and pretty much where I want it. I want to buy a few things for my rooms, but they will have to wait until I have a job.
I'm still thinking I would like a "zebra" theme for the bathroom. I could change my mind, however. And... I would like some "sheep" things - painting or poster - for my bedroom.
I need to work harder on getting part-time job. I will be teaching sewing and quilting at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center in Chandler this summer.
Summer??? Did I mention summer? Surely I will melt here during the summer. Sigh. I hope I will be able to get away after my classes are over.
I have been busy working on samples for classes.

Happy New Year
Has it really been three months since I have blogged? Wow! Where does time go?
December 1st I moved to Gilbert, Arizona. I am more or less getting settled in here.
I now need to focus on getting a part-time job. I have had several interviews with lots of competition. One interviewer told me he had 150 applicants in the first hour after posting his job on Craig's List. I was one of five people interviewed that day. I didn't get the job. It's ok. I think it was not quite the right job for me.
I had a nice visit with my brother on Saturday. He stopped in the area on his way from Santa Fe to Palm Springs. He was traveling with David, a young man from Peru, and Cody, my brother's big dog.
Happy New Year to all. I know my greeting is a bit late.
